STEM+ academies  100% grant for all STEM+ courses rated at the top by the U.S. Education Dept., and 90% grant for Total Solution services. Cost to schools is only $70 per subject per student per year. vs $1,000 for Federal Title I and SES programs. Performance: 80% or more of our students advance a grade level in math or reading in 20-30 learning hours vs  50%  or less of the students in Title I and SES programs in a school year.
